72 hours to power
Three standard truckloads arrive at a prepared pad. A crane sets three 40 ft modules, the crew makes one hot joint and plugs in four 800 V DC busways, and the unit makes power on the third day.

Seventy-two hours, task by task
The bars are drawn to the hour. Select one to jump the movie to that point; the line follows the movie as it plays.
One crane, one crew per shift, around the clock. Tasks overlap where they touch different modules.

Ready when the trucks arrive
The 72 hours start with the site prepared. None of this is in the clock.
- Concrete pads or piles for the three modules, Module 3 beside Module 2
- Gas tie-in point at the pad, metered and isolated
- Busway route and supports to the data hall, four entries in its wall
- Water supply and drain for the exhaust module
- Crane booked, ground bearing checked, lift plan approved
- Permits in hand; modules flushed and loop-checked in the factory
What arrives
Three 40 ft high-cube modules
Each module is a standard container load, sized for a step-deck trailer. The engine and generators share Module 1, so the shaft is aligned in the factory, not on site.
Power
Hyper Tech generators on the engine shaft, the core on pull-out rails, the power bay with four 800 V DC busbars. Filter house craned onto its roof on site.
Exhaust
Exhaust treatment, with the stack traveling inside and stood on its roof flange on site. Bolted end to end with Module 1.
Auxiliaries
Fuel gas skid, lube oil, controls. Stands alongside Module 2; the filter house rides in it to site.
Why it can be quick
Few joints, made in the factory
